Over Eighty Percent (80%) of home buyers start their search on the internet!  I have a srtong internet presence with three (3) Personal Websites and Enhanced REALTOR.com® postings (the number one [#1] real estate website) all of which link to an additional 40 public websites and to 421 personal REALTOR® Websites which gives you a total of over 460 websites where your home can be found by a potential buyer.  You will get MAXIMUM internet exposure because buyers will have 24 hour access to your home at their fingertips! 

In a recent study by the National Association of REALTORS®, it showed that Ninety Percent (90%) of Buyers used a Real Estate agent as an information source in their home buying process.  I am a member of two (2) Multi-List Services – Realcomp and MiRealSource. Your home will be submitted to both of these MLS Services with Multiple pictures of your home and a Visual Tour.  Because I am a member of two (2) multi-list services, your home will have two (2) postings on REALTOR.com®.  I make each entry unique and both will have Showcase Status Posting, Headlines, Moving Banner Text, Expanded Decriptions, Multiple Pictures, and a link to the Visual Tour. 

In addition to the internet sites and the multi-list services, I incorporate print advertising in my customized marketing strategy for your home.  This includes a rotating selection of Homes Magazines and/or local papers.
